Ice Spice Bares Her Booty In New Snapchat Pictures Of Her "Favorite" Look

image

Ice Spice recently modeled for Alexander Wang's new campaign, and she took to Snapchat to show off her favorite look from the collection. In a series of sultry snaps, she looks back at it for a mirror selfie baring her behind and shows off the leathery and rectangular top that the first pic didn't show off. Of course, this left fans practically drooling in comments sections on social media, replies on that specific platform, and elsewhere given their infatuation with her. However, the Bronx rapper's built quite the ravenous fanbase not because of her looks (although that's a plus), but because of her ability to connect with them on a relatable, catchy, appreciative, and consistent level.

Regardless, you may be wondering who uses Snapchat anymore, but a lot of celebrities have recently invited their fans to return to the platform. Ice Spice herself did so with her other social media followers, and posted more everyday and quotidian stuff on there. Still, she did not turn down the heat when it comes to folks' obsession with her beauty. Just goes to show that you can express your identity in different ways; some people want the cleaned-up IG photoshoot collage, and others just want a video of you making ramen in pajamas.

Ice Spice's Steamy New Snapchat Pics

But none of that matters, because the 24-year-old recently announced that she finished recording her debut album Y2K. Die-hards couldn't be more excited about the release, as it marks a turning point in her career where she'll either fully solidify herself as an important face this generation or stick to her viral and, at this point, very safe guns that made her popular. Folks who believe in Ice Spice's talent, ability, and perspective are wishing for the former outcome, whereas skeptics think she'll never overcome the latter. Either way, it will likely be one of the year's biggest cultural releases in music. We'll see if the same applies commercially and critically.

Meanwhile, speaking of reaching new commercial or critical highs, the "Princess Diana" hitmaker recently thanked her idol, who remixed that song, for opening that door for her. "’Princess Diana’ with Nicki [was my favorite hit of the year]," she told Billboard. "Because I felt like ‘Princess Diana’ was already my best song on [Like…?]. But then it didn’t chart or anything until Nicki got on it. I was just so happy to have both of those worlds where I felt like it was culturally a great song, but also it charted. And then I had my dream collab fulfilled at the same time." For more news and the latest updates on Ice Spice, log back into HNHH.

Taylor Swift Reveals She Completed ‘Toy Story 5’ Theme in Eight Hours

image

Taylor Swift has shared that she wrote and recorded her new theme for Toy Story 5 in only eight hours, describing it as a “hectic day”.

The global pop star released ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’ earlier this month, with the warm, nostalgic track marking a return to her country inspired sound. The song plays over the end credits of the Pixar sequel, which arrives in cinemas today (Friday June 19).

Yesterday (Thursday June 18), Swift posted about her work on the film on Instagram. “Oh how I love this phenomenal movie,” she wrote in the caption.

The post included a childhood photo of the singer along with footage of her in the recording studio. In the clip, she explained how quickly ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’ came together.

“Been kind of a hectic day,” Swift says in the video while sitting at a mixing desk holding a pair of headphones. “At 11am, went to go see Toy Story 5, got so inspired, got the songwriter zoomies, went home, wrote the end credit song for Toy Story 5.

“We have now produced it, and I’m doing vocals. It’s 6:57pm. In two hours, [Disney’s] Bob Iger and Tom from Pixar are coming to hear it.

“We have not recorded it yet. And I think this is one of the most fun days of my life.”

Cast members at the premiere said they were not told that Swift had recorded the end credits song until shortly before it was announced publicly. Disney even created a “decoy version” of Toy Story 5 to help keep her involvement secret, including from much of the cast and crew.

In an earlier statement, Swift said: “I’ve always dreamed of getting to write for these characters who I’ve adored since I was a five year old kid watching the first Toy Story movie.

“I fell instantly in love with Toy Story 5 when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages, and I wrote this song as soon as I got home from the screening. Sometimes you just know, right?”

‘I Knew It, I Knew You’ was co written and co produced by Swift’s frequent collaborator Jack Antonoff. The song is told from the perspective of cowgirl Jessie, who takes a central role in Toy Story 5.

Swift first hinted at the release of her new theme song by posting a cryptic countdown on her website in May, prompting widespread fan theories and speculation online.

The track marks Swift’s first new release since her twelfth studio album, last year’s ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’.

Swift debuted ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’ live when she made a surprise appearance at the Toy Story 5 premiere. She also joined Randy Newman for a duet of the original Toy Story theme song ‘You’ve Got a Friend in Me’.

She described the sequel as “insanely beautiful” at the event, adding: “It’s a masterpiece.” Swift told Variety: “It means the world to me to be a small part of the universe of these films. Toy Story 5 is my favourite of all the Toy Storys. I’m so lucky I get to be a part of this.”

Meanwhile, Swift was seen leaving Electric Lady Studios in New York after a nine hour overnight recording session earlier this week. She was accompanied by Haim’s Alana and Danielle Haim.
