DRAKE GETS OFFER FROM UMA THURMAN AFTER COMPARING RAP BEEF TO 'KILL BILL'

Drake has gotten a surprise offer from Uma Thurman after he compared his multiple rap beefs to a famous scene from Kill Bill.

On his diss track “Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50),” Drizzy rapped: “What the fuck is this, a 20 vs. 1, n-gga?” and later posted a picture on his Instagram Stories of Thurman in Kill Bill taking on multiple enemies in a sword fight.

The Oscar-nominee must have caught wind of the ongoing rap wars as she posted on her own Instagram Stories a picture of her iconic yellow tracksuit from the scene along with the caption: “Need this? @champagnepapi.”

Drake replied: “Yes pls. The pen is the Hattori Hanzo,” making reference to the fictional samurai sword maker in the film renowned for the quality of his blades.

Rick Ross also spotted Thurman’s post and jokingly commented: “Think it fit me?”

Over the weekend, Rozay went at his former friend and collaborator on the diss track “Champagne Moments.”

He rapped: “You ain’t never want to be a n-gga anyway, n-gga/ That’s why you had a operation to make your nose smaller than your father nose, n-gga.”

The MMG mogul also appeared to explain how the two fell out: “I unfollowed you, n-gga, ’cause you sent the motherfucking cease-and-desist to French Montana, n-gga/ You sent the police, n-gga, hatin’ on my dog project/ That wasn’t the same white boy that I seen, n-gga, when we were makin’ them early records, n-gga/ When you were happy to be around n-ggas, seein’ n-ggas holdin’ them sticks/ Yeah/ You owe motherfucking Stunna your life, n-gga.”

The song came in response to Drake’s own diss song “Push Ups (Drop & Give Me 50)” on which he took aim at Rick Ross as well as his many other enemies.

He rapped: “I might take your latest girl and cuff her like I’m Ricky/ Can’t believe he jumpin’ in, this nigga turnin’50/ Every song that made it on the chart, he got from Drizzy/ Spend that lil’ check you got and stay up out my business.”

Ross has also taken to taunting Drake on social media, accusing him of undergoing plastic surgery including a nose job and a Brazilian bum lift.

SZA & KEKE PALMER TO RECAPTURE 'SNL' CHEMISTRY IN NEW ISSA RAE-PRODUCED BUDDY COMEDY

SZA and Keke Palmer are set to recapture the chemistry from their 2022 Saturday Night Live episode for a new buddy comedy produced by Issa Rae.

Announced by Deadline on Friday (April 26), the as-of-yet untitled film is written by Rap Sh!t showrunner Syreeta Singleton, with fellow Rap Sh!t director Lawrence Lamont tapped to direct. No other details, including a release date, have been revealed.

The movie will mark SZA’s acting debut, though she got to tease her chops during the December 2022 SNL episode where she served as musical guest alongside Keke as host. According to Deadline, the SOS singer had been considering “a number of projects, and the opportunity to reunite with Palmer was too good to pass up.”

Reacting to the announcement with a screenshot of the article in an Instagram post, Keke wrote, “I CANT WAIT!!!”

On the music front, SZA recently announced that she will be remaking Lana – the deluxe edition of her SOS album – from scratch after fans leaked a number of songs slated for the project.

In since-deleted posts to Twitter/X  in late March, the “Snooze” singer expressed frustration at the songs hitting the web.

She wrote: “So, we’ll make this really simple. Y’all leaked three songs from the deluxe. At this point, y’all can keep the throwaways and leaks. I’ll be starting ‘Lana’ from scratch. Do not ask me about it again. Thank you.”

In a second post, she added: “I’ll round up the leaks y’all already got and u can have those. Seems like a fair deal. ENJOY.”

Earlier that month, the TDE singer ramped up excitement for Lana after releasing a racy teaser video.

With a caption that said: “Never fight over community D,” the TDE singer posted a video on Instagram, which included a snippet of a new song.

The accompanying visuals showed her frolicking around a room in a tent while wearing nothing but a red bikini.

SZA has been teasing an expansion of her blockbuster sophomore album for a while.

Late last year, she posted a number of potential covers for the deluxe version, titled Lana, and suggested the project would drop before Christmas but it never did.

She also spoke about the release with Billboard, saying: “After I do the deluxe, I’m hoping to be able to accept that this chapter is done. I’m looking forward to actually feeling proud of myself and not just smiling and nodding at accolades but really feeling it internally and knowing that I’m good enough.”

She added: “I guess I need to stop trying to figure out what it means and start realizing and living in what it is.”
