Guns N’ Roses Axl Rose launches own website – leaving fans wondering what’s coming

Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has launched his own website, leaving fans to wonder what’s coming.

There has been no explanation from Rose as to what his new website is for or what it means when it comes to the legendary rock band. The landing page of the site features draggable photos of Rose, video clips in the background, his autograph and the quote: “You gotta live to learn and run, or you’ll die trying.”

The site’s about page reads: “Unmistakeable vocal style, he has carved out a legendary status in the rock history,” alongside a brief biography of Rose’s life and career with Guns N’ Roses. The news tab features articles about the band’s 2023 single ‘The General’ and the gallery tab is home to a plethora of photos of Rose performing on stage.

Elsewhere, a fan joked that the ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ singer may be dipping his toes into the world of wines saying “Maybe he’s getting into the wine business. Axl Rose Rosé,” with another fan responding: “That would be an appropriate business for him. Releasing a product that was actually created 20 years ago and stored in a dark room until now.”

Guns N’ Roses are currently on a tour hiatus as the band do not have any live dates booked for 2024. This marks the first year that the band won’t perform since Slash and Duff McKagan rejoined in 2016.

Slash is currently on tour with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, and is set to release his blues covers album ‘Orgy of the Damned‘ next month. McKagan, on the other hand, is set to embark on a UK and European tour in support of his latest solo album ‘Lighthouse’.

In other news, Rose recently filed a motion to dismiss the sexual assault lawsuit that was made against him in late 2023.

  • A BOOGIE WIT DA HOODIE’S UK CONCERT ABORTED JUST MINUTES AFTER DOORS OPEN

A BOOGIE WIT DA HOODIE’S UK CONCERT ABORTED JUST MINUTES AFTER DOORS OPEN

MANCHESTER, UK - A Boogie Wit da Hoodie has seen his concert in Manchester, England canceled after doors had already opened.

The Bronx rapper was due to perform at Co-Op Live, a brand new indoor arena, on Wednesday night (May 1) but the plug was pulled as he was preparing to hit the stage and some fans were still lining up outside.

The cancelation was put down to a “venue-related technical issue” and nothing to do with A Boogie, who became the third act to suffer a postponement at the yet-to-open venue following comedian Peter Kay and rock band The Black Keys.

Co-Op Live announced around 10 minutes after doors had opened that the concert would longer go ahead due to technical problems inside the venue itself apparently related to air-conditioning.

“We kindly ask fans to leave the area. Ticket holders will receive further information in due course,” they wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “We deeply apologise for the significant inconvenience this will cause for many.”

In an Instagram Story after the last-minute cancelation was announced, A Boogie said the issues were down to “something [that] happened with the venue while I was at soundcheck.”

“We are working on rescheduling in the next few days,” he added. “I’m heated about the situation too, but safety first. Manchester, I got you. Just stay tuned for further info.”

It is not currently known when the Manchester date will be rescheduled.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has already encountered issues on his European tour following a violent incident in Paris.

The rapper and several members of his entourage got involved in an altercation outside a nightclub in the French capital earlier this week, leading to them being pepper sprayed by security.

In a video of the incident, the 28-year-old can be seen getting into a tense exchange with a bouncer before things escalate.

Soon after the clip of the brawl began making the rounds online, A Boogie wrote on social media: “N-ggas only got outta there cus they mased us! Never runnin from a n-gga.”

In a follow-up post, he added: “Lmao fuck I look like playin with mase n-ggas can’t fight.”

A Boogie and his entourage did not appear to suffer any legal ramifications from the incident given no arrests have so far been made and they left the country to fly to the UK to continue the tour.
