Tame Impala Release ‘Dracula’ Remix Featuring BLACKPINK’s JENNIE

Tame Impala has released a fresh remix of his track ‘Dracula’, this time featuring JENNIE.

The song originally arrived as the third single lifted from the artist’s fifth studio album, ‘Deadbeat’, which landed officially last October.

Marking one of his first releases of the year, Kevin Parker has now teamed up with K pop star and BLACKPINK member JENNIE for a newly reworked version of the track.

While much of the remix stays close to the original arrangement, JENNIE’s smooth and distinctive vocals enter midway through, giving the song a fresh dynamic. You can listen to it below.

When ‘Deadbeat’ was released last year, it received a three star review from NME, with the write up noting that “Parker has grown outside his comfort zone, only to strike a kind of lyrical inertia that becomes detrimental to his new vocabulary of music”.

Following the album’s release, Tame Impala headed out on an extensive US tour and later confirmed plans to bring the live show to the UK and Europe this spring.

The run includes a headline show at London’s O2 Arena on May 7, before dates in Manchester on May 8, Birmingham on May 9, Glasgow on May 11 and Dublin on May 13. Visit here for remaining European tickets, and here for UK tickets.

The Australian artist has also spoken about the influence of Deftones, Silverchair and Queens Of The Stone Age on his sound, and recently picked up the Grammy for Best Dance Electronic Recording with ‘End Of Summer’.

He has also been announced as a contributor on Thundercat’s first album in six years, ‘Distracted’, alongside A$AP Rocky, WILLOW, Lil Yachty and others.

Meanwhile, JENNIE has a run of solo festival appearances lined up for the summer, including slots at Mad Cool and Governors Ball, in support of her latest solo album, 2025’s ‘Ruby’.

She has also been working on new material with BLACKPINK, who are set to release their new mini album ‘DEADLINE’ later this month, following on from 2022’s ‘Born Pink’.

Zayn Malik Grateful for Ongoing Fan Support as He Prepares New Album

Zayn Malik has said he is still “buzzing” that fans continue to support him after his departure from One Direction.

The 33 year old artist parted ways with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and the late Liam Payne in 2015 to focus on his solo path. As he prepares to release his fifth studio album, Konnakol, Zayn admitted he never expected to reach this point and is still amazed he was able to put out four records on his own.

Speaking during an appearance on Billboard’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Zayn shared: “Honestly, the fact that people still give a s***.

“Five solo albums now I was just buzzing that I got to do the first one after leaving the band, and people seemed to care.

“I’m really proud of the progression and just the development and understanding of myself through my music.”

Konnakol is scheduled for release on April 17, 2026 and will feature 15 songs.

After confirming the album, Zayn unveiled its lead single Die for Me.

The Believe Me singer, who comes from a Pakistani background and was raised in a Muslim household, explained that he hopes listeners gain “more insight on maybe my culture and heritage” through the new material, describing it as his “most culturally inspired project to date”.

Zayn has also explained that Konnakol refers to “the act of creating percussive sounds with one's voice”, hinting that the album draws from South Indian Carnatic traditions while blending them with pop and R and B influences.

Alongside the record, Zayn revealed plans for a Konnakol arena tour across the UK as well as North and South America, covering 31 dates.

Last month, he introduced fans to some of the new music during his Las Vegas residency.

Variety reported that the first unreleased track carried a “soft energy” and included a chorus that reflected the R and B sound that shaped his debut solo album Mind of Mine.

Soon after, Zayn thrilled longtime supporters by performing She, a deep cut from Mind of Mine that had never previously been played live, making it one of the standout moments of the evening.

Throughout the concert, he premiered additional songs from the upcoming project, including Used to the Blues and Fatal, with the latter featuring Urdu lyrics as a meaningful tribute to his South Asian roots.

He also delivered a performance of his emotional new single Die for Me.
