Lenny Kravitz has explained why he prefers wearing leather trousers while working out at the gym.
In April 2024, the "Are You Gonna Go My Way" singer became an internet sensation after sharing a TikTok video of himself lifting weights while dressed in leather trousers.
Looking back on the viral moment during an interview for the summer 2026 edition of Men's Health, Lenny said there is a simple reason behind his unusual workout clothing, explaining that he often trains in leather or jeans.
"I perform onstage in leather, denim, whatever, so those are the pants I wear to train," he said, revealing he can fit into 28 inch pants. "It also means I can fit in a workout anytime, anywhere."
The rock star also spoke about how he stays in shape, saying his physique is the result of a "mostly vegan" diet and a consistent fitness routine.
"All this is natural: no peptides, no human growth hormone, no testosterone," the 62 year old emphasised. "There's nothing wrong if people want to do those things. But there's an alternative. You can do it naturally with exercise and food. Is it harder? Yes. Does it take more work? Yes. But that's how I choose to do it, and it's 100 percent attainable."
Even so, Lenny said he has no desire to build an overly muscular body.
"I want a very narrow silhouette, more like Spider-Man meets Bruce Lee, you know what I mean? Bruce Lee looked good in clothes. He's bad, a thin, cool guy who obviously had muscle tone and who moved and flowed really gracefully," he added.
The "Fly Away" musician is currently on tour across the UK and Europe, with upcoming performances scheduled in Poland, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Jessie J encouraged women to appreciate their breasts "while you've got them" as she spoke openly about her cancer journey during an awards speech on Thursday.
The Price Tag singer, who underwent a mastectomy following an early stage breast cancer diagnosis last year, revealed in May that she is now cancer free.
Jessie looked back on her experience while accepting the Outstanding Achievement in Music award at the Nordoff and Robbins Silver Clef Awards, held at London's Royal Albert Hall on Thursday.
"The last 18 months has been the most incredible, the most magical years of my life, and also the hardest," Jessie told the audience, reports the Mirror. "I believe that we find the truest parts of ourselves in hard times. So when you're faced with them, it's life trying to teach you something."
The Domino singer, who shares her three year old son Sky with her partner, went on to reflect on the unexpected direction her life has taken and urged others to value what they have before it is gone.
"And to become a mum after not thinking I would, having one tt just get chopped off out of nowhere. You know what I mean?" she continued, before quipping: "You never know when your tt is going to be taken from you, so enjoy your t*ts."
As the audience responded with laughter and applause, she added, "That's a metaphor for life. Enjoy your t*ts while you've got them!"
Wrapping up her remarks, the 38 year old said, "I just love life, I love music, I love telling stories, and it feels good to be celebrating what I love to do. So thank you so much."
Elsewhere during the charity event, Pink received the O2 Silver Clef Award, Spice Girl Melanie C was presented with the Global Impact Award, and Lily Allen was recognised with the Icon honour.
Other artists celebrated on the night included Jade Thirlwall, David Gray, James, Sam Fender, and Franz Ferdinand.
