Offset and Cardi B's daughter was the victim of a gruesome photoshop scandal on November 4. Social media users began sharing doctored images of the child having sex with Offset, which led Cardi B to go on a fiery rant. Understandably so. The rapper called fans out for their bizarre obsession and felt they had taken things too far. "That sh*t be pissing me the f*ck off," she explained. "All because y’all in y’all feelings because I f*cking tweeted my kids are smart." Hours later, Offset decided to say his peace.
The Migos rapper did not rant for as long as Cardi B, but he was similarly horrified. Offset made it clear that the people responsible for the photoshopped images were no fans of his. "You ppl are disgusting on here with my kids," he tweeted. "Inappropriate post wtf do you get from doing that God gone get you!!!" Some fans took to the replies to put the blame on Cardi B for talking about other people's children. A quick scroll underneath Offset's original tweet shows various screenshots in which the "WAP" rapper said "f*ck your kids" to an IG user during a heated exchange.
Insulting statements are not the same as photoshopped images, admittedly. Cardi B and Offset's outrage over the images has also yielded sympathy from followers and parents. Offset has been vocal about how much his daughters mean to him, in particular. The Migos rapper told Good Morning America that he's easier on his daughters than his sons. "For my girls, I’m a softy," he noted. "For boys, I’m a disciplinarian, 'cause I know, like, boy, it's gonna be tough for you, no matter if you got money." Offset also featured his daughters on the cover to his 2019 album, Father of 4.
Offset and Cardi B have had some extraordinary differences over the last few months. The couple always had a rocky relationship, but the dirty laundry has been aired with surprising frequency in 2024. The duo went at each other via Instagram, and made grim accusations towards one another. They have, however, presented a unified front when it comes to their kids. When Child Protective Services was called on Cardi B in October, the rapper assured the fans that Offset was not to blame. "He a loser but he didn’t do that," she said.
Olivia Rodrigo has announced her biggest ever UK show with a headline slot at BST Hyde Park 2025.
The ‘Guts’ singer will perform in London on Friday, June 27 next year and is the fifth artist to join next year’s line-up after Noah Kahan, Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Zach Bryan and Hugh Jackman were all previously confirmed to headline BST.
Support will come from The Last Dinner Party and Girl In Red with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks. Tickets go on general sale this Friday (November 15) at 9am GMT and can be purchased here. A presale will also be held from 9am GMT today (November 11) until 8am Friday and tickets can be purchased here.
Speculation will grow following the announcement that Rodrigo could well headline Glastonbury next year with her headline slot at Hyde Park coming on the same weekend.
She also has free slots on June 28 and 29 before she performs at Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on the Monday (June 30).
She previously pulled a mammoth crowd to The Other Stage in 2022 and Rodrigo is already one of the bookies’ favourites to top the Pyramid Stage in 2025.
Other rumoured headliners include Sam Fender and Green Day, while Cher was in “meaningful talks” about taking on the coveted Legends slot, which this year was taken on by Shania Twain.
Tickets for the Worthy Farm bash go on sale this week with coach and ticket packages going on sale at 6pm (GMT) on Thursday (November 14), followed by standard tickets at 9am (GMT) on Sunday (November 17). Tickets will be sold exclusively here.
Last year’s BST Hyde Park line-up featured headliners Stevie Nicks, Kylie Minogue, Stray Kids, SZA, Kings Of Leon, Morgan Wallen, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams and Shania Twain.
Elsewhere, Rodrigo recently removed a song from TikTok after it was used by Donald Trump‘s campaign team.
The singer has been a vocal reproductive rights activist, having announced the launch of The Fund 4 Good initiative earlier this year as part of the ‘Guts’ world tour.
As she explained back in February, it works to “support all women, girls and people seeking reproductive health freedom” and will “directly support community based non-profits that champion things like girls’ education, support reproductive rights, and prevent gender-based violence.”
Over the course of her career, Rodrigo has been a staunch supporter of reproductive rights, with the singer saying she was “heartbroken” over the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade back in 2022.
Ahead of the election, Rodrigo also endorsed Trump’s rival Kamala Harris, based on her stance on reproductive rights.
